Town Brookhaven Leasing Remains Strong
Sembler Announces Recent New Leases, Renewals
The Sembler Company continues to see strong interest in Town Brookhaven, the state-of-the-art mixed-use development that anchors Atlanta’s Brookhaven community.
“Town Brookhaven is the area’s premier retail destination, in addition to providing office space and residential, so interest in leasing is consistently high,” said Steve Althoff, Sembler’s Senior Vice President of Leasing.
New Leases and Renewals
In the last six months, Sembler signed leases with two new tenants, and renewed one lease:
• Tanaka Ramen Noodle Bar (2,489 square feet)
• Vestique Women’s Boutique (1,649 square feet)
• Brookhaven Animal Hospital (3,423 square feet) – renewal
HobNob Tavern held its grand opening in July, and owners report a tremendous amount of foot traffic and a successful start.
PizzaFire’s franchisor plans to convert to a new concept: Amore Cucina, a full-service Italian restaurant. Re-opening is expected in early 2018.
“We’re in negotiations with several new concepts that will be the perfect complement to our existing tenant mix, so we’re looking forward to making some exciting announcements in 2018,” said Suzanne Shank, Sembler’s Senior Leasing Agent on the property.
