Sembler Breaks Ground on Amberly Place in Cary

The Sembler Company held a ceremonial groundbreaking event today to mark the beginning of construction at the new Amberly Place, a 72,000 square foot Publix-anchored neighborhood shopping center located at, located at the Northwest corner of Greenlevel Church Road and Carpenter Fire Station Road.

Over 50 people attended the event alongside, Sembler senior executives, Publix Super Markets representatives, and Town of Cary officials.

During the ceremony, Sembler presented Cary’s new neighborhood school, Hortons Creek Elementary, with a donation from its School Grant Program. Hortons Creek Principal Dr. Sandy Chambers was also in attendance to accept the grant award.
