With Sembler since 1997, Sue Harker is Vice President of Property Management and oversees the full-service management of +12.5 million sq. ft. of retail space throughout the Southeast. She is responsible for overseeing construction management, tenant coordination, and all aspects of property management, including budget preparation, accounts receivable, vendor management, and lease administration.

Sue’s 30+ years of commercial real estate experience drives her expertise in management, leasing, market evaluation, and outparcel sales. She consistently adds value to properties through her proactive, hands-on approach. Her breadth of experience spans from managing neighborhood and regional centers to building relationships with small-shop, junior anchors, and big-box retailers to overseeing redevelopment projects.

Sue is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed real estate sales associate. She earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. She is a member of CREW Tampa Bay and Tampa Bay Retail Alliance (TBRA). She volunteers with the Salvation Army Angel Tree program, providing toys to underprivileged children.

When not working, Sue spends time with her daughters and grandson, and she enjoys reading and walking on the beach.
