The new ground up grocery-anchored shopping center will be developed on an approximately 12-acre property. Construction will commence in the first quarter of 2023.

One additional building offers a total of 12,000-sq. ft. for small shop space that will front US 441. Two outparcels will be created on the site with 1.24 acres and 1.41 acres, available for ground lease, sale, and/or build-to-suit development opportunities. The Sembler Company is exclusively leasing Lakeside Commons, targeting quick-serve and fast casual restaurant concepts, service-related retailers, postal stores, financial service providers as well as, medical offices, and automotive uses for both the inline retail space and outparcels. The shopping center is expected to open the public in early 2024.
