Sembler Advantage is a comprehensive three month program designed to assist tenants in reaching their goals of increased sales and success. Sembler provides tenant with a one to one interaction with an experienced business consultant that will offer recommendations and change of business model that will boost up tenant’s sales. A number of our existing tenants have been offered this program and results have proven that this works. Other components of the program include center-wide marketing events, a secret shopper program, and strategic community partnerships. Sembler Advantage program is offered to Sembler’s tenants that are struggling to boost up sales in the current economic environment.
